Q1. How long does it last?
A:How long the hair lasts depends on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it,then normally it could last longer than 1 year.
Q2. Is the hair virgin unprocessed?
A: Yes, the hair is cut from one donor with full cuticle aligned, no acid bath, natural unprocessed.
Q3:How many pieces Hair for one head?
A : Normally 2packs are enough for a full head, at most 3packs.
You can always use the leftover hair later. If you are using hair over 18" you might need another pack.If you are getting fusion or micro then you will need to consult your stylist.
Q4: Can they be straightened, curled ?
A:Yes you could use hair straightener or hair curler to style the hair .However, don't do it too frequently, or the heat will make the hair easily get dry and tangled.
Q5: Can I dye/color the hair?
A.Yes,The Hair can be colored.As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair.We recomend to dye darker,since it is difficult for the original colour to fade,dying will ruin the hair.We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions.Colouring by yourself will take a risk of not coming out the shade you want.If you can't get to a salon,please always use a good quality products and test a small sample first.
Q6. Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?
A:It could be caused by dry hair. Pls make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Comb the hair from time to time. You could go to your stylist for further suggestions.
Q7. Why the hair has grey hair?
A: As virgin hair, we keep its original state. We will pick out the grey hair before packing, but kindly understand there might be some minimum exist in the bundle .
Q8: Why the colors of hair extensions don't seems exactly as the pictures show or description says?
A: Different monitor have different displays. The same color number may have a little color difference. You could dye the hair if you need different color.
Q9:How to care my hair extension?
A: 1>Treat the hair just as if it is your own hair.Wash it in one week.
2>Water to wet hair,rinse and leave to dry.Using good quality shampoo and hair conditioner to protect the hair.It is important to keep the hair soft and shiny.
3>Comb with a wire brush after dry.You could use gel or spray styling products to keep the hair style.Olive oil will be a good choice to keep the hair healthy.
4>You can peming dyeing,but please remember do not to do this too frequrntly,and remember to use the nutrition water.
5>The combs you'd better choose the round with wide-toothed comb.
6>Don't make the hair under the blazing sun for quite a long time.
7>Don't blows the root of hairs too near with the hair drier.
8>Don't grasping the root of hair overexert when washing.
Q10: How to tell human hair with synthetic hair?
A: human hair has natural protein . It is easy to tell by burning and smell : human hair will be ash , which will go away after pinching.It will smell foul . When burning , the human hair will show white smoke.While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke.
Moreover, human hair may have very few gray hair and split ends. It is normal and not problem.
Q11:Can I bathe, shower, swim, go out in the wind and rain, and play sports with my new extensions?
A:Your new hair will look as fabulous wet as real hair does, and the extension will not show in water. You can wash and style your extensions exactly as you would your own hair (do be a little gentler). Extensive water exposure will loosen bonding though-so dry carefully after. If you swim a lot, I recommend you wear a swim cap.
Q12:If I order today, how long it takes for the shipment?
